Two new potential working titles for J.J. Abrams' "Star Wars Episode 7" have been revealed. Latino-Review reports that before LucasFilm was sold to Disney, George Lucas had "Rise of the Jedi" and "Return of the Sith" in mind as the possible titles for the new film.

It's unclear if Abrams decided to keep them as an option, but Lucas' son Jett recently said that his father was still very much involved in the project. "He's constantly talking to J.J. Obviously J.J. was handpicked," Jett said. "[He] is there to guide, whenever, he'll help where he can. At the same time, he wants to let it go and become its new generation."

Last month, there was also a rumor suggesting that the upcoming movie could be titled "Star Wars Episode 7: A New Dawn". All those three titles sounded too close to the previous films like 1977's "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope", 1983's "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi", and 2005's "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith".

"Episode 7" is planned to kick off a new trilogy in summer 2015. "Star Wars Episode 8" will follow in 2017 and "Star Wars Episode 9" in 2019. Spin-off movies that focus on the "origin stories" are set to be released between the entries.

Benedict Cumberbatch, Harrison Ford, Michael B. Jordan and Saoirse Ronan are among the actors rumored circling the project.
