Brooke Mueller has been caught in a video smoking substance out of a glass pipe. The video, which was obtained by Radar Online, also shows Charlie Sheen's ex-wife scoring a $1,500 crystal methamphetamine deal.

In the video, Mueller is seen lighting and inhaling the substance which is believed to be crack cocaine. She wears a brown robe and her hair is unkempt. She can be heard asking, "Where is the crystal? I am giving you $1500." The video apparently was taken days before she lost custody of her twins in May.

A source close to the situation said that Mueller "loved getting high." The source added, "This was just another crazy night of her getting high. When she did drugs, it was three to four times a week. I know that she is aware that if she doesn't stop doing drugs, she is going to lose her kids (for good)... hopefully she can stop."

Authorities removed her sons Max and Bob from her care earlier this year after they deemed the house unsafe for the children because of her addiction. The boys are currently under the care of Charlie's other ex, Denise Richards.

Mueller is fighting to regain custody of her sons. "She is in a really good place right now, and is ready to resume her life with the boys. When she returns home, she will have a sober living companion with her for the first month," a source said earlier this month.

Mueller would take random drug tests and appear in front of judge to discuss her recovery. "It's looking like if Brooke stays on track, she could get the boys back by Christmas," the source said.
