A lady claims she suffered whiplash after the MC hit her face while making his way through the crowd.

AceShowbiz - For allegedly slapping a woman in the crowd watching him perform his set during the "Made in America" music festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania held over the weekend, Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky likewise got slapped with misdemeanor assault charges. The female fan filed her complaint with the District Attorney's Office after she reportedly suffered whiplash after the incident.

The unnamed complainant claims the 24-year-old MC hit her face while trying to make his way through the crowd of dancing fans. With a bunch of girls tugging at his shirt, the rap star turned around and tried to swat them away, in the process unleashing an open hand slap that landed on her face, which apparently was forceful enough to cause the whiplash.

The injury to the young mom mirrors a previous fan-slapping assault that A$AP Rocky appeared to have also committed back in June while performing in a concert in Sydney, Australia. In footage uploaded on YouTube, the artist appeared to slap the face of a female fan after she tapped him on the head and blew him a kiss.

The young hip-hop artist is gaining notoriety for his short temper, which had gotten him into trouble with his own fans who flocked to his shows. He was reported to have cut short a performance after an audience member took his hat and he also got into a brawl with the crowd during his 2012 SXSW gig.
