Dexter learns Dr. Vogel's tie with Zack, whom he has been tailing, and she surprises the title character by asking him to teach Zack the code.

Viewers may get even more suspicious of Dr. Vogel's agenda when "Dexter" airs new episode next week. In a preview for the upcoming outing, Dexter realizes that Zack, the suspect in Norma's death, is Dr. Vogel's patient. When Dexter confronts the psychiatrist about this, she makes a shocking suggestion to Dexter as she asks him to teach Zack Harry's code.
Meanwhile, Quinn learns the bad news that Batista is going to promote someone else to Sergeant. Quinn then turns to Dexter to help him in the Norma case, but the blood spatter pattern analyst says nothing points to Zack because he has been tailing the young sociopath for his personal goal.
Zack himself awares that Dexter has been following him and says that he knows what Dexter is up to.
Just when Dexter and Debra start to get back to normal, they are surprised by a visit from Hannah. Deb also finds herself in the middle of two men's fight.
"A Little Reflection" will air Sunday, August 4 at 9 P.M. ET/PT on Showtime. Yvonne Strahovski will return to reprise her role as Dexter's former love interest, Hannah.
