AceShowbiz - Rihanna has announced details of her much-awaited "777" tour and the seven countries she will be heading to during the span of the phenomenal concert series. The show has a bold concept: "7 countries, 7 days, 7 shows."
The Barbadian beauty is gearing to embark on this never-before-attempted world concert series that kicks off in Mexico City on November 14, followed by consecutive show dates in Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London, and ending in New York City on November 20. The R'n'B star will reveal the specific venues to her fans upon arrival in the different countries.
RiRi will be on board a special jet throughout the seven-day adventure. A group of about 150 journalists and fan club members are set to join the singer in the seven cities mentioned.
"I am so excited about the 777 Tour," the 24-year-old said in a press release. "We are turning this jumbo jet into our tour bus. We're practically living on this thing for a week: sleeping, partying, all together. Me, my fans, the press... it's going to be a wild ride. I wanted it to be a rock n' roll adventure, and I think when it's over it will be the coolest thing I've ever done. I'm that excited about it," she added.
As Rihanna prepares for the grueling tour, her upcoming seventh studio album "Unapologetic" awaits its official release on November 19. It includes the lead single "Diamonds" and the recently released track "Stay".
