Alleging invasion of privacy, Hogan is suing the DJ for secretly taping his sexual escapade with Heather Clem.

Hulk Hogan has decided to sue his best friend Bubba the Love Sponge for invasion of privacy. The former wrestler has reportedly met FBI on Monday, October 15 and will file a lawsuit against the Tampa Bay-based disc jockey, the DJ's ex-wife and a New York media group over his sex tape.

Hulk, TMZ reported, felt betrayed by Bubba who secretly taped his sexual encounter with the DJ's ex-wife Heather Clem. In the lawsuit which will be filed in Florida, Hulk will state that Bubba and Heather conspired to roll the camera with a particular purpose. In the tape, Bubba is seen entering the room after Hulk banged Heather and left. Bubba said to her, "If we ever did want to retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage."

Hulk has sent Gawker, the website that posted the tape, a cease and desist letter, to prevent the whole tape from leaking out. He has now named the web in a federal lawsuit.

There were reports that Bubba was not the one who sent the tape to media, instead it was an ex-employee of Bubba at SiriusXM. "He's still despondent. He had been assured repeatedly that Bubba had nothing to do with this and knew nothing about it," lawyer David Houston. However, "It doesn't mean it's okay that Bubba chose to secretly videotape his best friend if he's not the one marketing it," the attorney added.
