The first accuser of John Travolta's alleged misconducts has hired a new lawyer. Referred to as John Doe Number One for anonymity, the accuser now teams up with famed attorney Gloria Allred who has taken sexual misconduct cases against A-list celebrities such as Tiger Woods and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

On Friday, May 11, John Doe No. 1's first attorney Okorie Okorocha announced that a new lawyer will take over the case after the client made a mistake on the date of the assault. The plaintiff then dropped his claims earlier this week before Allred confirmed her representation.

"I represent John Doe Number One," Allred told People. "Mr. Doe's lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice which means that he is still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses. We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take. Our client and our firm has no further comment at this time."

John Doe Number One claimed in his lawsuit that Travolta exposed himself in front of him while having a massage session in Los Angeles. He mentioned January 16 as the date of the assault but Travolta's lawyer Marty Singer managed to give proof that the actor was in New York at that time. John Doe No. 1 is yet to give a new date.
