The sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta is more likely to go on trial than to settlement court after all. A lawyer for Travolta's second accuser has just slammed down rumors that he could be heading to mediation with the "Pulp Fiction" star's attorneys to settle the case, adding that they are getting ready for a full trial.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Okorie Okorocha declared, "I want a full trial with a private judge." The lawyer, who recently parted ways with Travolta's first accuser, went on to insist, "There is no mediation. There'll never be a settlement. I want privacy for sex crime victims," before adding, "It looks like [Travolta's attorney Marty Singer] wants one hell of a fight, and that is what he'll get from me."

Bringing up the mediation report was Radar Online. The gossip site earlier quoted Okorocha as saying, "My client will settle for $250k to make this go away quickly and without having any further action being taken in this case. My client wants his life back and for that to happen at this point we would be willing to accept a settlement."

"I have been speaking with Marty Singer about establishing the ground rules for arbitration/mediation in this case. We haven't agreed on anything yet, or which private judge will hear the case. I want it to be one judge, Marty Singer would like more than one judge. These are sticking points that we can work out if this case doesn't settle."

Okorocha, however, denied he had ever made the statement. Meanwhile, Travolta's lawyer Singer spoke to PEOPLE about evidence against John Doe No. 2's allegations that he was harassed by the actor in Atlanta on January 25. "We'll disprove it, but we need specifics first," he said. "It's hard to disprove something when you don't have more specific allegations."
