Jenelle Evans has finally gone under the knife for a breast augmentation. The "Teen Mom 2" star underwent breast implant surgery at the Wilmington Plastic Surgery center on Wednesday, May 2, and is now recovering at home with her boyfriend Kieffer Delp and best friend Allison Elise tending to her needs.

Before the procedure, the 20-year-old reality star took to Twitter to share a photo of her in a surgical cap and gown. Along with the snapshot that captures her giving the thumbs up to the camera, she wrote, "Ready to go and get new boobies." Hours later, she tweeted, "Just got my boobies finished :) now at home recovering ! With [Alison] as my nurses lol."

Evans also made use of her account to thank her boyfriend for his support during her recovery. "Thank u so much @confidence117k for being there for me today and everyday. :) u r always there when I need the most !!!" She later tweeted in response to a fan's question that the surgery went great and her new boobs are the "perfect size."

The mother of one, who split with boyfriend Gary Head in early April, additionally told the fan, "now the pain No good :/ but I'll live lol." When asked by another follower about the pain she had after the surgery, she admitted, "it hurt the WORSE so bad right after I woke up From surgery and the way home."

News that Evans was planning to get a boob job surfaced back in March. At the time, E! News reported that she "got tired of having small breasts" and decided on "a full 'C' cup because she does not want to go too big." It was also said that she got the support of her mother Barbara for her plan. "Her mom went along to the consultation to show her support," a source said.
