Soon after tracklisting for B.o.B's upcoming second studio album "Strange Clouds" was revealed, one of the new songs in the CD leaks on the web. Titled "Both of Us", it opens with Taylor Swift crooning empowerment lyrics on the hook before Bobby Ray charging in with his rhymes.
"I wish I was strong enough to lift not one, but both of us/ Someday, I will be strong enough to lift not one but both of us," the country music crooner coos over some tingling guitar melody. The Atlanta MC follows by rapping about dealing with pain and hardships in life.
Before hooking up in studio, B.o.B and Swift shared stage at one of her tour stops. Recalling how they crafted a duet together, he remembered, "She came to Atlanta and she hit up Grand Hustle." He added, "I wasn't there. Tip was there and I eventually linked with her in Dallas and the rest is history."
"Strange Clouds" is due to come out in the United States on May 1. In addition to having Swift as a featured guest, it also lines up the likes of Morgan Freeman, Chris Brown, T.I., Nicki Minaj, Ryan Tedder, Trey Songz and Lil Wayne.
