When Sam's condition gets worse, Dean scours Bobby's old contacts for help and is led to Castiel, but the angel seemingly has no memory of who he is.

Misha Collins' Castiel is back in the next episode of "Supernatural". Dean meets his old friend again when trying to save his brother Sam, who ends up in a mental hospital after Lucifer drives him to the breaking point.
Dean calls every hunter he knows for help and one of them leads him to Castiel, who is described as a healer instead of an angel. Dean is beyond relieved to see the person who once knocked down the wall in Sam's head, believing he can reconstruct it. However, it appears that Castiel has no memory of him being an angel.
"The Born-Again Identity", which marks Collins' return, will air Friday, March 23 at 9/8c on The CW. He is not the only familiar face who makes a comeback in the said episode since Rachel Miner will reprise her role as Meg.
