Jim Carrey has been snapped channeling his inner street magician on the set of his upcoming film "Burt Wonderstone". Rocking long blond hair and tattoos as well as a ragged jacket, the comedian was photographed filming a scene at Freemont Street in Las Vegas on Friday, January 13.

In between breaks, Carrey was seen joking around with the crew while tossing his long hair. Also caught on camera on the set was Steve Carell, who tackles the lead character in the movie. The 49-year-old actor was spotted donning a sparkling red tux and a black shirt during the shooting.

Carrey portrays Steve Haines, who is a street-magician with a dangerous act. Carell, meanwhile, stars as the titular character, who is a formerly successful magician. Wonderstone lost his inner magic after accidentally killing his partner. He then has to find a way to rekindle it to fight Haines, who is his rival magician.

Working behind the lens for "Burt Wonderstone" is Don Scardino. The comedy film also stars Olivia Wilde as Wonderstone's former assistant who now works for Haines, Steve Buscemi as his former partner Anton Lovercraft, and James Gandolfini as a billionaire named Doug Munny. The movie is expected to be released in the U.S. sometime in 2013.
