The former model was reported to the police by a woman whom Moakler claimed has been harassing her every time she visits the shopping center.

AceShowbiz - There has been a complaint about Shanna Moakler's driving skill. A woman gave the police a tip, saying the reality TV star almost ran over a kid in a stroller last weekend at a Calabas shopping center.
Moakler allegedly drove her BMW X5 right through a stop sign at the shopping center, nearly knocking off several pedestrians including the kid in a stroller. One of the pedestrians then confronted Moakler but she "dropped some F-bombs at the people and went on with her day," TMZ reported.
L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.'s Stop Teen Traffic Offender Program (STTOP) has reached out to Moakler after the report but the former model said that the whole situation was "B.S.". She then told TMZ that she is "seriously concerned" about the mental state of her accuser, adding this is not the first time she is harassed by this person when visiting the shopping center.
