Alexis Knapp, who is said due to give birth in June, has reportedly been spreading the words that the 'MacGruber' actor is the father of her first child.

There is a possibility that Ryan Phillippe might be a father for the third time. Alexis Knapp, whom the "MacGruber" actor dated in summer 2010 after splitting with Abbie Cornish, is expecting her first child, and a source has informed Us Magazine that the actress "has been telling people he is the father."
A source close to Alexis, however, insisted, "She's not commenting on who the father is." Still, the insider did confirm that the actress, who will appear in Miley Cyrus-starring "So Undercover", is "in the second trimester". People magazine, additionally, dished that her first child is likely to be due in June.
Another source told Us Magazine that while Ryan and Alexis were only together for several months before calling it off in September, their relationship "was pretty serious". A third insider further noted, "Ryan doesn't know if he is the dad," before stressing that "he will take full responsibility for the child" should the child be his.
Ryan himself has had two children, 11-year-old Ava and 7-year-old Deacon, with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon. The 36-year-old actor has been said involved with Amanda Seyfried. Recently, he confirmed to Ellen DeGeneres he is indeed dating, but didn't confirm whether the woman he is romancing is Amanda.
