AceShowbiz - Deacon Reese Phillippe has enjoyed a me-time before returning to New York for college. During a recent hike in Los Angeles, the son of Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon looked like the spitting image of the actor.
On Tuesday, August 13, the 20-year-old, who is a student at NYU, was out and about in the City in California. In a series of pictures that circulated online, it could be seen that he was going for a hike at a popular hiking trail. He appeared to have gone solo as no one was spotted around him.
In one of the photos, Deacon was captured walking alone while keeping his head low and showing a stern facial expression. He seemingly was listening to music as he had a pair of white earphones on his ears. At one point, he was photographed taking his smartphone from the pocket of his shorts.
For the relaxing hike, Deacon ditched his shirt, showing off his toned abs and arms. He wore a pair of black sporty shorts that came with white patterns all over them. He completed the look with a pair of white Adidas sneakers as well as high black-and-white socks. In addition, his short hair was glowing from the sunlight with his bangs parted in the middle.
The new sighting came after Deacon spent quality time with his mother Reese. On August 10, the 48-year-old actress offered social media users a glimpse of her "summer nights" with Deacon. Making use of her Instagram page, she treated her followers to a slew of photos from their fun night out.
The pictures saw Reese and Deacon sitting next to each other at what appeared to be an outdoor restaurant overlooking the breathtaking view of the ocean. The mother and son duo apparently were enjoying the view during sunset. Both of them looked happy as they flashed their radiant big smiles at the camera. Along with the snaps, she wrote in the caption of the post, "Summer nights with this guy are the best @deaconphillippe."
Ryan and Reese welcomed Deacon in October 2003. Aside from Deacon, the former "Shooter" star and the "Big Little Lies" alum, who were married from 1999 to 2008, share 24-year-old daughter Ava Elizabeth Phillippe together.
