Featured along with 100 Most Shocking Moments in Music, Lady GaGa is the artist put under the spotlight in the April 2010 issue of England's Q magazine. True to her style, GaGa refuses to be the ordinary when appearing as the cover of the magazine, wearing nothing on top and more below.

Paul Rees, the editor of Q, said that GaGa has a dildo underneath her black leather pants. "The one that Lady Gaga, the minx, is sporting down her trousers that is. We've not had one on the cover before. In at least one respect, then, we are breaking new ground," Rees said. In the inside interview, GaGa pointed out, "We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d***, so why not give them what they want?"

The singer was talk of the town when a bulge is seen in her crotch area during Glastonbury festival last year. Confirming it was all planned out, she said "I want to wear a d*** strapped to my vagina. I also carry myself onstage in a masculine way and sing in a low register. This is not out of nowhere, right? I want to comment on that in a beautiful, artistic way. How I wanna show it. And I want to call this piece Lady Gaga Dies Hard."

She also talked about how breaking ground rules had led her to difficult situation at times. "The last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a sexy pop star writhing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself. My image was an issue at my record label. I fought for months and cried at meetings," she said. "I got criticized for being arrogant because if you're sure of yourself as a woman they say you're a b*tch whereas if you're a man and you're strong-willed it's normal."

However, one can never understand what she will turn out to be. "Well, I believe in certain institutions: cooking, serving dinner, taking care of my family. So I consider myself quite the lady," she said.
