Rumor has it, James Van Der Beek is romancing model Kimberly Brook. The dating report floats less than a month after the actor filed for divorce from his actress wife Heather McComb after more than five years of marriage.
According to Star Magazine, James and Kimberly first met during a vacation in Israel back in August. And just days before he filed for his divorce petition, he was seen enjoying a night out with Kimberly at Los Angeles bar The Roger Room. "He really likes her. They have a blast just talking and hanging out. Now that James is officially free, he and Kim both want to take their relationship to the next level," a source tells the magazine.
James Van Der Beek got engaged to Heather McComb in early 2003 before then marrying her on July 5 the same year. In June this year, the small screen actor had his representative publicly confirming that he and Heather had separated. It wasn't until last month though that James filed for divorce papers, seeking to legally end his marriage to Heather in the eyes of the law. He cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation.
