'True Blood' Finale Teaser Featuring Depeche Mode
TV

The fangs are out as the band screamed 'I could corrupt you. It will be easy watching you suffer. Girl, it will please me.'

With only one more episode left in the second season, "True Blood" is airing a teaser which utilizes Depeche Mode's "Corrupt". The teaser for the season 2 finale was played on Sunday night without the band but HBO has since released a longer version online that includes scenes of the band recording the song.

The "True Blood" scenes are those from the title while the glimpses of the band are cut from the "Studio Sessions" featurette on the "Sounds of the Universe" box set. "Universe" is the twelfth studio album from the rock band which was released back on April 20, and "Corrupt" is the song that never got out as an individual sale.

The teaser is also aimed to promote HBO on Demand which has made available all the episodes from season 1 and 2 except for the upcoming September 13 episode.

Called "Beyond Here Lies Nothin' ", the final episode sees the desperate attempts made by Sookie and Bill to stop Maryann from moving forward with her ultimate bestial sacrifice that requires Sookie to be the Maid of Honor. Deliberating on what may be his final move to save Sookie and the town, Sam places his trust, and his life, in a most unlikely ally.

In another side of the town, Hoyt struggles with Maxine's endless stream of insults. Meanwhile, Sophie-Anne warns Eric to keep the lid on Bill's inquisitiveness and Jason leads Andy into the heroic abyss.
