Then, the footage moves on to capture those Disney stars taking the stage along with Miley and performing the song together. Nick and Kevin Jonas bring their guitars, while Joe Jonas and the others take the mics. At one point, Nick and Miley are shown sitting close to one another on the edge of the stage.

Beside providing a sneak peek to the upcoming video, the clip also gives a look at Joe when he shares about things people could do to help save the Earth. "Send It On" is an opening theme for Disney Channel's social campaign "Friends For Change: Project Green" which is aimed to explain to young people how they can make contribution to help preserve the Earth. "Send It On" will be debuted on Radio Disney on August 7, while its music video will be premiered on Disney Channel on August 14.
