Justin Gaston Likes Attention and Wants to Be a Lapdog
Celebrity

Had he not become a Hollywood star, Justin Gaston says he wants to be a lapdog, reasoning he is the kind of person who likes attention.

Underwear model Justin Gaston isn't shy for admitting the fact that he likes to be the focus of media spotlight, telling Details magazine's June/July 2009 issue, "I like attention." It is understandable then when he says, "[I'd be] one of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day. You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention ..... I'd like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?"

Though so, Justin is quick to add that intense media scrutiny sometimes draws him crazy. "I have nightmares about paparazzi. I always have these, like, flashing things in my dreams. They're so scary," he reveals. "I was going to tweet about [the paparazzi] the other day, but I was afraid people might be, like, mean to me, which they often are. Please don't be mean to me on Twitter. I'm just a guy. I'm just a guy with a dream."

One more thing that Justin doesn't like about being put under the spotlight is becoming the target of judgment. "I don't want to be judged - so I put it on my body in an attempt to become that bold," he states when explaining about the tattoo etched on his back. "It's Psalm 7:8, 'Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness,'" he adds.

During the interview, Justin also sets the record straight on rumors of him living together with girlfriend Miley Cyrus. Insisting he isn't living with the Disney star, he is quoted by Details as confirming, "I live in an apartment in North Hollywood with two guys!"
