The trailer for David Twohy's latest thriller "A Perfect Getaway" has been released. More than two minutes long, the video footage opens with an aerial shot of one of the most beautiful and remote beaches in Hawaii, and a glimpse of a couple that is planning to celebrate their honeymoon by backpacking there.
Introducing Cliff and Cydney as the adventurous young couple, the trailer follows them as they make their way in what they think as paradise. Soon after, they come across other hikers, some of whom join them on the trip. But when they discover the horrifying murder of another newlywed couple on the islands, they are quick to realize that they now have to fight for their own lives in the place far from civilization or rescue.
"A Perfect Getaway" is written and directed by the scribbler of "The Chronicles of Riddick", David Twohy. It stars Steve Zahn and Milla Jovovich as Cliff and Cydney. The two are joined by Timothy Olyphant and Marley Shelton in the cast ensemble. Universal Pictures eye to drop it in U.S. theaters on August 14.
