Though it has been confirmed by her camp that nothing needs to be worried about her condition, Farrah Fawcett reportedly is losing her cancer battle as her friends have confirmed the actress' health is getting worse. Two longtime associates of her are quoted by Chicago-Sun Times as claiming Farrah is on the verge of dying due to her anal cancer which has spread to her liver.

One of the associates even takes Redmond James O'Neal's weekend visit to his celebrity mother as an initial sign that Farrah is losing her cancer battle. Redmond, Farrah's son with her partner Ryan O'Neal, currently is imprisoned for a violation of his parole stemming from drug charges. He was granted temporary release from jail over the weekend to visit his mother.

"Look. This is all being done so that Farrah can see Redmond while she still is able to talk to him and communicate with him properly. Of course, we're all praying for a miracle, but the likelihood of that happening is very slim," the associate explains. A source close to both Farrah and Ryan chimes in, "a key part of Redmond's visit was so he could swear to his mother that he would stick with a rehab and recovery program."

As of press time, there hasn't been official statement issued by Farrah's camp about the report.
