A follow up to Paramore's 2007 studio album "Riot!" will be released this September. The news is shared to MTV by the band themselves and it is confirmed by their label, Fueled By Ramen.

Prior to the album's release, a couple of new songs from the effort are expected to be showcased by the band this summer during their tour with No Doubt, which will be kicked off on May 16 in Las Vegas. Up to date, this band are still lingering in Rob Cavallo's studio in Calabasas, California to get the record done.

Revealing further about details of the new album, vocalist Hayley Williams opens up in the band's Live Journal stating, "Most of the songs you'll hear have to do with friendship. in fact, this is the first Paramore album that wasn't written mostly about love relationships. I have made a lot of friends and I've lost a lot of friends over the past couple years... and it's all gonna be there for you to dissect."

Previously, Hayley claimed that in writing new songs for the record, they "learned a lot about relationships and friendships and life in general." She explained further, "I'm stoked because I don't really know what I'm going to say about it, but I've got a lot that I want to get out."

Paramore have so far released two major studio albums "All We Know Is Falling" and "Riot!". Their 2005 debut album only managed to sell around 232,000 copies in the United States, while their second effort sold more than 1,040,000 copies across the country. They also scored music for Robert Pattinson-starring movie "Twilight", crafting two songs "Decode" and "I Caught Myself".
