Star Magazine reports John Mayer is hooking up with an aspiring actress named Scheana Marie Jancan and has been spending time together with her at his rented house in Calabasas, Calif.

John Mayer, as reported by Star Magazine, has found a new love in an aspiring actress named Scheana Marie Jancan. Unlike his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston, who is older than him, Scheana reportedly will turn 24 years old next month. A runner-up in a Hawaiian Tropic Pageant, she previously modeled for Ed Hardy and Doritos.
Meeting Scheana at The Grand Havana Room, where she works serving drinks for guests, John wasted no time to ask her to go on a date. "Scheana was shocked and thrilled when John asked her out," a source is quoted as telling Star. "She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin. They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute," adds the source.
In its further report, Star claims John and Scheana have been spending some quality time at his rented house in Calabasas, Calif. "There is always food and beer around," according to the source. "Scheana said she has loads of fun there; it's like spring break!" Greater than that, Scheana has also been overheard telling friends that she thinks John is "very tender, sweet and creative."
Dating on and off since last year, John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston called it quits for good early this month. While neither of them has opened up about their split, a friend of them confirmed to E! News' Marc Malkin, "They're definitely broken up," adding that the split "was completely amicable."
