One of Charlie Sheen's newborn twins, Max, remains hospitalized since he and brother Bob were born last month. And contrary to rumors on the street that the infant has a heart condition, the actor's representative Stan Rosenfield has confirmed Max doesn't have heart disease, but simply weight issue.

Charlie and his actress wife Brooke Mueller, who have been married since May last year, welcomed the arrival of Bob and Max on March 14. Confirming the twins' birth Stan told People the babies were "doing great." The family was "very happy," Stan continued, adding that Brooke was "doing great" and Charlie felt "ecstatic."

At that time it was not said that Max remained in the hospital. And setting the record straight on the baby boy's recent condition, Stan has confirmed that Max "remains in the hospital, not because of a heart condition as reported, but because he has not gained the weight necessary to leave hospital."

"Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother [Bob] at home," Stan continues. "The Sheens appreciate the outpouring of concern but have assured everyone that both Bob and Max are fine."

Charlie himself says, "The weight issue is very common among infants who were born before reaching full term," adding, "I know a lot of people are not fond of hospital food' I just didn't realize they that started so young."

Bob and Max are Charlie's first children with Brooke. He, additionally, also has two other daughters; Sam and Lola, from his failed marriage with Denise Richards, and one daughter named Cassandra with former girlfriend Paula Profit.
