A brand new international trailer of "Confessions of a Shopaholic" has been put forth by Touchstone Pictures. Focusing more on Rebecca Bloomwood's effort to turn her life around, the video footage first begins with Bloomwood explaining about her fascination of stores which leads her straight into major debts.
Having to pull herself out of the financial mess, she snags a job as an advice columnist for a financial magazine published by her favorite fashion magazine. But as her dreams are finally coming true, her past lurks in every corner forcing her to resort on extreme efforts to keep her past from ruining her future.
Starring Isla Fisher as Rebecca Bloomwood, "Confessions of a Shopaholic" is also supported by Hugh Dancy, John Goodman, Joan Cusack and Krysten Ritter. Based on the best-selling series of books by British author Sophie Kinsella, it is directed by "My Best Friend's Wedding" director P.J. Hogan and is set for February 13, 2009 release in U.S. theaters.
