While many are still buzzing about the possible cameos in the sequel of action blockbuster "Iron Man", its star Robert Downey Jr. is more interested to spill out the scoop on the sequel's storyline. Talking to Chicago Sun-Times, the 43-year-old spoke about what could be expected from "Iron Man 2".

Sharing the secret of the sequel, the co-star of Ben Stiller and Jack Black in "Tropic Thunder" implied the problem the hero in steel maybe facing. "You want some plot secrets? Okay, here we go," so he claimed "If he said he's Iron Man in the first film, it's one thing to say it and another thing to evolve to a point where you can live in a heroic fashion."

Mentioning further that the filmmakers will stick on what they know will work best, Downey Jr. insisted that the story is going to have the same tone as the first film. "Our goal is also more of the same in 'Iron Man 2.' We want to do what worked for us last time," explained the "Zodiac" star. "I'm talking about telling more of the story of a guy put in extraordinary circumstances who has a family now and he's dealing with these forces. In 'Iron Man 2,' you will be able to understand various points of view about him that are far-reaching while this guy is still grounded in reality."

To be directed once again by Jon Favreau, "Iron Man 2" will have its script written by Justin Theroux. It has been reported that this sequel will feature a new character from "The Avengers", though it is still unclear which superhero will be making his cameo appearance. Earlier, Downey Jr. has slammed down report that Edward Norton's Hulk is the one who will be making the special appearance.
