It appears that Kate Hudson is ready to take her romance with Owen Wilson to the next level, planning to move in with the actor. The movie beauty, according to the N.Y. Daily News' Gatecrasher column, is looking for a new apartment in N.Y.C. where she can live in "part time" with Owen.

"She is ready to nest and has even been talking about having more little ones," a friend of Kate tells the NY Daily News. "She is relieved to be more settled again. She really felt as if she were testing her limits going out while she and Owen were separated."

Kate and Owen were co-stars in the 2006 comedy flick "You, Me and Dupree". They began dating in late 2006 but broke up June last year. Their breakup was widely believed to have triggered Owen's depression and drug use and subsequent attempt at suicide back in August 2007.

Early in February, rumors arose that they have rekindled their romance upon being photographed spending time together again on some occasions. Neither of them issued a denial or verification though.

Kate is currently in New York, filming her new film "Bride Wars" with co-star Anne Hathaway. She has one son, Ryder Russell Robinson, from her failed marriage to The Black Crowes vocalist Chris Robinson.

Owen, elsewhere, is filming comedy flick "Marley & Me" in Miami with co-star Jennifer Aniston.
