The bitter divorce battle David Hasselhoff has been facing with his ex-wife Pamela Bach is close to an end as the former couple have agreed on post-divorce terms that include joint custody of their teenage daughters as well as financial settlement and child support payment.

David and Pamela resolved their post-divorce issues on Friday, December 14. The former-couple among others agreed to share 50/50 custody of daughters Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff and Hayley Amber Hasselhoff.

"I'm pleased that everything has been resolved and I'm proud of my daughters who have remained strong and have exhibited dignity during this very difficult time. We are all moving on," Hasselhoff told Access Hollywood. Pamela, elsewhere, has not yet released any single statement concerning that matter.

A financial agreement which was also reached during the closed-door settlement has been kept under wrap.

David and Pamela tied the knot on December 8, 1989. The actor filed for divorce in January 2007, citing irreconcilable differences. Judge granted the former "Baywatch" star sole legal and primary physical custody of Taylor Ann and Hayley back in June.

David's lawyer Melvin S. Goldsman said improved relations between the former couple led to the revised arrangement.
