Last week Fox News reported that the couple are planning to wed in a secret ceremony in Bahama, quoted a source as saying Minnillo's entourage has arrived at one of the Bahamian Carlyle Hotels, where the supposedly hush hush nuptial is set to be held.

The story, however, has been dismissed as speculation. A representative for Lachey tells celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, "(The reports are) not true. Fox made it up."
