Everything in the Hogans divorce gets even more complicated. With some sources, said to be close with Hulk Hogan and wife Linda Hogan, claimed the couple had actually separated for sometimes by now, there comes a new speculation that their divorce is just a ruse taken by both parties to protect their assets from John Graziano's family.
Kimberley Kohn, the attorney who represents Ed Graziano, the father of John Graziano who was critically injured in the deadly racing car accident involving Hulk's son Nick Hogan, was the first to come to such suggestion.
Uttered an assumption on the pair's divorce, Kimberly explained that the Graziano family actually is planning to file a lawsuit against the Hogans concerning the accident and by divorcing Hulk and Linda will have their assets equally split which will make the entire process more difficult for the Graziano's camp since they will have to go after both of them separately.
The Graziano family, who wants the Hogans to pay for John's medical care for life, will thus only go after Hulk Hogan since the car used in the wreck are likely under his name alone. With the divorce drama, Kimberly has estimated that the Hogans will maintain at least half their fortune.
John Graziano has been hospitalized since the August accident and is still in a coma.
Hulk himself has issued a statement to TMZ through his agent, Darren Prince, saying "Please respect my family's privacy at this time with all that we have been through. I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out."
