Beyonce Knowles is reportedly changing her heart for country music. The R'n'B singer who stated that she wanted to record a dance-themed album as her next effort, is now setting her eyes on some country vibes.

The Sun reported that she has even planned to work with songwriter Amanda Ghost once again for this piece. Ghost previously penned Beyonce's duet with Shakira in 'Beautiful Liar' and famously credited for James Blunt's smashing hit 'You're Beautiful'.

A source told The Sun, "Beyonce wants to try something completely different. She's a fan of country music and thought that would be an interesting and exciting way to go. She contacted Amanda early this week and she is going over to work with her on it."

The change of direction is reportedly the result of her amazement on the recent collaboration that she did with country duo Sugarland at 2007 American Music Awards. The three of them performed Beyonce's 'Irreplaceable' in country format which received rave reviews from both critics and audience.

Meanwhile, James Wiltshire and Russell Small from dance duo The Freemasons previously confirmed that they are working on a dance song with Beyonce. The recording will start in December and the album is expected to be finished in the first half of 2008.
