AceShowbiz - Not withstanding with her feud with music mogul Clive Davis over her upcoming CD, "My December," due to be released by June 26th on RCA Records, and her parting ways with her manager, Kelly Clarkson prefers to talk about the most interesting topic ever, which is love, in an interview with Elle magazine for its July 2007 issue.

Graces the cover of the magazine, in an interview inside, the "American Idol" winner opens up that she's never been in love, claiming "I love my friends and family. But I have never said the words `I love you' to anyone in a romantic relationship. Ever."

"I am very old-school, conservative in my thinking when it comes to relationships," Kelly said on her point of view towards love. "Love is something you work at. It doesn't come easily. There are going to be bad days. You are going to have to work at loving someone when they are being an idiot."

And that's all there is. As apparent through her statements, Kelly has not yet think about marriage and motherhood, not now at least. In further interview, the singer also discusses such issues, as her childhood, bad qualities, success, unflattering paparazzi shots, and a bit about her battling with record industry executives over the release of "My December".
