The beauties thereby join the previously announced fellow actresses like Cate Blanchett, Penelope Cruz, Rachel Weisz, and Kate Winslet, giving more highlights to the anticipated event for sure. Out of the four, only Paltrow and Keaton who has been honored the Oscars as best actress, the former in 1999 through her role in "Shakespeare in Love" while the latter in 1978 for hers in "Annie Hall."

Taking place at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center this Sunday, February 25, this year's Academy Awards, which celebrates its 79th ceremony, is honoring best achievements of 2006 and will be aired live by ABC at 5 p.m. PST (8 p.m. EST), beginning with a half-hour red carpet arrivals segment, "The Road to the Oscars."
