Actress Abbie Cornish has denied having an affair with Ryan Phillippe.

Abbie Cornish breaks her silence. The Aussie actress has spoken for the first time about the Ryan Phillippe - Reese Witherspoon split, insisting she is not the other woman.
She told America's Star magazine: "We were very good friends and we did spend a lot of time together, yeah. But we're friends and that's it".
Earlier reports claimed that Witherspoon decided to end her marriage to Phillippe after learning he had romanced Cornish on the set of their new movie, "Stop Loss," in Texas.
It was also reported that Witherspoon found out about her husband's alleged romance with Cornish after reading a saucy note on his BlackBerry phone. Cornish, nevertheless, insists the reports are all false.
