AceShowbiz - It is going to be a tough divorce for Kevin Federline and Britney Spears. The couple will surely face a long battle in the court over the kids custody and spousal support.
In somehow a surprisingly quick reply, Federline, has on Wednesday Nov 8th filed a response to Spears' divorce claim, posting a counter court papers seeking sole custody of the couple's two children Sean Preston and Jayden James, plus the so-called spousal support.
In contrary to Spears' claim, saying in her divorce papers that they had a prenuptial agreement, K-Fed says the couple's community assets are "uncertain."
According to a statement from the rapper lawyer, "Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals."
