Tara Reid has filed a lawsuit against the owners of Sky Las Vegas, a 405-unit luxury high-rise development, for using her name in an advertisement which highlights her recent breast-baring on the red carpet outside P. Diddy's 35th birthday party in New York last November. The commercial published on February 1, 2005, which the American Pie beauty calls libelous, featured the tagline: "Dear Tara Reid. Come let it all hang out."
The ad hints that Reid purposely exposed her breasts, but she claims the nip slip was accidental. This absolutely made the star so furious that she, per the suit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the ad has affected her business in that she has lost value of her reputation and thus she wants a judge to prohibit Sky Las Vegas from continuing to publish or distribute the ads.
