A dream vacation becomes a waking nightmare in this chilling horror film from writer-director Taylor Chien. A group of young friends, led by the adventurous Bianca Haase and Brock O'Hurn, travel to a luxurious, isolated tropical resort expecting paradise. They are joined by their companions, including Michael Vlamis and Michelle Randolph, all seeking an escape filled with sun, surf, and carefree revelry. The idyllic setting, however, holds a dark and violent secret rooted in the island's forgotten past. As the friends delve deeper into the resort's lush surroundings, they begin to encounter increasingly disturbing phenomena that suggest they are not alone. The central conflict escalates from unsettling discoveries to a desperate fight for survival against a malevolent force that views the resort as its sacred ground. Blending sun-drenched aesthetics with creeping dread, the film crafts an atmosphere where beauty masks terror, trapping the characters in a picturesque hell from which there may be no escape.
