In the animated comedy film Rango, directed by [d=Gore Verbinski], a chameleon named Rango, voiced by Johnny Depp, finds himself in a perilous situation after being accidentally stranded in the Mojave Desert. With a desire to fit in and prove himself, Rango adopts the persona of a fearless hero and becomes the sheriff of the quirky town of Dirt.
