The sisters Marianne and Christine Cyr have not spoken for a while now, but the death of their father will force them to meet again. As the two women are going through difficult times in their respective personal lives, they decide to take the road together in order to flee their problems and at the same time go and spread their father's ashes in the Magdalen Islands. But, as their father had subscribed to dishonest affairs, he left them a legacy of some troublesome troubles that they will discover during their journey.
