Telulah Farrow (Kiernan Shipka) is a creative 15-year-old Doc Marten-wearing, post-millennial fan girl who lives for two things: making distinctive movies and adoring her favorite rock band, "All Time Low."

With just a few short days to come up with a killer final film project that could bring her film festival fame, Telulah gets a once in a lifetime chance to see her music idols in concert. Telulah hatches a plan to bring her passions together, accompanied by smart mouthed wing-girl Jamie (Kara Hayward), and under-achieving over-energetic film class partner Darvan (newcomer Joshua Boone).
