Synopsis

Andrew's mom has just died of cancer. It hits him hard and his closest friends worry about his sanity. When Andrew and his girlfriend Hannah invite everyone to spend a week in Joshua Tree to celebrate Andrew's birthday, the friends rally around them. The first night goes well until Andrew announces that he's figured out how to cure his depression - by sleeping with all of them at the same time. His friends are not psyched. Andrew doesn't know that Dave has just proposed to Zoe, and that Owen and Emily are on the rocks, and that Hannah is about to break. Andrew sets off a week of communal catharsis, highlighted by the crazy desert lifers who call Joshua Tree home.
