The TV personality, Andy Lee appeared at the prize-giving ceremony, which honors the best in Australian television, on Sunday night.

He then appeared on Australia's "Today Show" the following morning, along with his comedy partner Hamish Blake, and returned home to find his music equipment had been stolen.

And he's convinced he was targeted because the thieves knew he wasn't at the property as they could see him on the small screen.

Taking to his Facebook.com page, Andy Lee writes, "House was robbed this morn! Smart thief, probably saw Ham & I in bath robes on Today & realized we were in no state to fight crime Today! Thieves took 2 guitars and a pedal board but I've added a few things for the insurance claim... Like the Mona Lisa and (sic)."
