AceShowbiz - It's a bad day if you have three names and you're a U.S. TV star - Jennifer Love Hewitt and Julia Louis-Dreyfus' long-running shows have been canceled. Hewitt's spooky drama "Ghost Whisperer" and Louis-Dreyfus' comedy "The New Adventures of Old Christine" have been axed as part of a sweep by TV bosses at CBS.
Comedy "Gary Unmarried", cop drama "Cold Case", "Miami Medical", "Accidentally on Purpose", and "Numb3rs" have also been canceled by the network executives.
Jennifer Love Hewitt has played opposite David Conrad, Camryn Manheim, Jay Mohr, Jamie Kennedy, Tyler Patrick Jones, Aisha Tyler and Christoph Sanders in "Ghost Whisperer". Meanwhile, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has starred alongside Clark Gregg, Hamish Linklater, Trevor Gagnon, Emily Rutherfurd, Tricia O'Kelley, Alex Kapp Horner and Wanda Sykes in "New Adventures of Old Christine".
