Akon to Host British Radio Program

The 'Right Now (Na Na Na)' singer has spread his career as he has signed up to present two-hour British radio program every Saturday night on London's Capital FM.

R&B star is set to take over the airwaves in London - he's landed a job presenting a weekly radio show in the British capital. The "Smack That" hitmaker has signed up to host a two-hour program every Saturday night on London's Capital FM.

The station's group program director, Paul Jackson, says in a statement, "We are delighted to welcome one of the world's greatest R&B artists to 95.8 Capital FM. Akon has worked with legendary performers such as , and and his brand-new show on Capital will be awesome." Akon's radio show kicks off on February 13.

Meanwhile, when it comes to his personal life, Akon was recently linked to Polish singer Ramona Rey. A source told Showbiz Spy, "When they were making the video [Oh Africa], they were dancing together. On the last day of filming, Akon said that he will never forget Ramona's beautiful blue eyes. Akon told me that he was inviting Ramona to LA on Valentines day!"
