Making use of her TikTok account, the 16-year-old actress, who played Lily on 'Modern Family', shares that it isn't all fun working on the hit ABC comedy for nine seasons.

AceShowbiz - Aubrey Anderson-Emmons got candid about her experience working as a child actor. Making use of her TikTok account, the "Modern Family" alum shared that it wasn't all fun working on the ABC comedy for nine seasons.

"There are moments that were fun for sure and there were things that I loved about it," Aubrey shared in a video posted on Tuesday, April 16. "But you know, it is work and I think we do have to keep that in mind."

Aubrey, who portrayed Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson's on-screen daughter Lily, said that she usually only had to work two or three days per week. "I felt like we were all kind of very lucky because it was one of those shows where the actors were not there every single day. So it was easier for me growing up for sure," she recalled.

According to Aubrey, the 16-year-old found it hard to juggle between filming and homework. "I was working, and if I wasn't working on the set, then I had to do three hours of studio school a day," she recounted, "so I had no time to rest except lunch."

Despite that, Aubrey had a relatively fun experience. She "thought that I would never act again in my life" after "Modern Family" concluded, but she's getting back into it again as she joined high school theater. "So, that's fun," she divulged, "I hope to do something."

Acting isn't the only passion that Aubrey has as she's also a budding musician. "I sing and play guitar. I'm hoping to have music released this summer," she teased.

Aubrey's "Modern Family" co-stars are supportive of her despite the show has ended years ago. Back in March, Jesse and Julie Bowen showed up at Aubrey's school play.

Jesse shared on Instagram, an adorable shot of the three former castmates as they smiled and posed together backstage. Julie, meanwhile, could be seen holding up the production's playbill. Jesse wrote in the caption, "Took my sis to see the kiddo in her school musical, The Theory of Relativity. So proud of you @aubreyandersonemmons!" He added, "If you are near @viphstheatre go check it out this weekend."
