The 'Mission: Impossible' actor has 'cooled things down' with the Russian socialite because he felt 'things were moving too fast,' but he still keeps in touch with her.

AceShowbiz - Tom Cruise may not be completely ending things with Elsina Khayrova. Following their split report, it's now said that the actor has "cooled things down" with his girlfriend because he felt their romance was moving "too fast."
"Tom felt things were moving too fast, especially in the media," a so-called insider tells Page Six. The source adds, "He wasn't there yet, so he's cooled things down, but they are still in touch."
The Hollywood star is seemingly not ready to go serious too soon after learning from his past relationships. "Tom wants to go slow with whoever he sees, as he feels he's been burned by several of his exes," the informant shares, noting that the 62-year-old actor wanted to keep the romance with Elsina more private.
Despite the recent breakup rumor, the source claims that the door isn't completely closed. "Some in Tom's group of acquaintances say it's over, but with Tom you never really know how that will happen," the source says, noting that Elsina also has "her own fortune that allows her to do as she pleases."
The Sun recently reported that Tom and Elsina, who first sparked dating rumors after they were spotted together at a party in London in December 2023, parted ways just days after he met her kids. The Russian socialite has two children, a son and a daughter, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Russian oligarch and diamond dealer Dimitry Tsvetkov.
He, however, wants to remain friends because they live in the same apartment block in London. "To end things on a bad note would've been awkward if they bumped into each other in the lift," a source told the U.K. news outlet.
It appears that there's nothing dramatic about their split as the source assured, "There are no hard feelings between them and, for Tom, their relationship simply ran its course."
