AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles has so many surprises for the Beyhives during Super Bowl LVII. The Grammy winner pleasantly shocked fans on Sunday, February 11 by announcing that her new music, a second part of her acclaimed 2022 album "Renaissance", is coming this March.
Shortly after a Verizon commercial starring Beyonce aired during the Super Bowl, the superstar posted a video on her Instagram account where she teased her new country single "TEXAS HOLD 'EM". At the end of the clip, it's revealed that "Act II" is set to arrive on March 29, much to fans' excitement.
While the full album will be released next month, fans don't have to wait long to get a taste of Beyonce's new music. "TEXAS HOLD 'EM" is now available on various music platforms. Not stopping there, Beyonce treated fans to another song titled "16 CARRIAGES" in addition to sharing promotional images for the two surprise new tracks in a separate Instagram post.
Fans couldn't help but express their excitement on the Internet. "I haven't looked back at the tv screen since I saw the commercial! It's now Beyonce bowllll day," a Beyhive wrote in an Instagram comment. "Roll outs usually take weeks at least, she did it in 5 minutes. B is a different type of human," one other commented.
"Waittt waitttt I wasn't ready," one person said. Another fan, meanwhile, pleasantly announced that the "Cuff It" hitmaker "broke the internet" just like what she intended to do in the Super Bowl spot for Verizon.
The said commercial saw Bey wanting to break the Internet with a long list of "firsts." That included going to the space, promoting a "Let's Get Saxy" soul album under the name yonceB as well as starring in "Barbey", Beyonce's own version of "Barbie".
At the end of the ad, former "Veep" star Tony Hale told Bey that none of that worked out well. That prompted the R&B singer to reveal her one last option, "OK, Bey ready: drop the new music."
