While initial footage featured the 'Beverly Hills, 90210' alum defending himself during the attack, a new one sees that the actor's the one who threw the first punch during the fight.

AceShowbiz - A new video shed new light on the street brawl involving actor Ian Ziering and a group of bikers in Los Angeles. While initial footage saw the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum defending himself while being attacked by the biker gang, a new one revealed that the actor was actually the one who threw the first punch during the fight.

The footage, obtained by TMZ, saw several bikers trying to drive around his car. That prompted the actor to get out of his car and he later immediately got aggressive by shoving one of them until he fell over with his bike. Ian, on the other hand, claimed in his Instagram post that he got out of his car because he wanted to "assess any damage."

Nocturnal and Ray, two of the bikers, also insisted in a new interview with the news outlet that the fight was unprovoked by his fellow bikers. He claimed in the Wednesday, January 3 interview that Ian, who was with his daughter at the time, stopped all on his own and attacked the biker without any prior interaction with the gang.

Nocturnal added that two of his fellow minibikers were doing a lane split. However, Ian tried to prevent them from getting in front of his car even though it was a legal thing to do.

Nocturnal and Ray speculated that the actor might have a bad day and tried to let out his frustrations on the bikers. LAPD is currently investigating the incident for felony vandalism.

Following the viral vicious attack that took place on Hollywood Blvd on New Year's Eve, Ian took to his Instagram account to detail the incident. "Yesterday, I experienced an alarming incident involving a group of individuals on mini bikes," he said in the Monday post. "While stuck in traffic, my car was approached aggressively by one of these riders leading to an unsettling confrontation."

"In an attempt to assess any damage I exited my car. This action, unfortunately, escalated into a physical altercation, which I navigated to protect myself," the "Swamp Thing" star added. Thankfully, Ian and his daughter are both completely unscathed. However, he noted that "the incident has left me deeply concerned about the growing boldness of such groups who disrupt public safety and peace."

"This situation highlights a larger issue of hooliganism on our streets and the need for effective law enforcement responses to such behavior. As a citizen and a parent, I find it unacceptable that groups can freely engage in this kind of behavior, causing fear and chaos, while the response from authorities seems insufficient," he concluded.
