AceShowbiz - Dean McDermott seemingly doesn't think that Tori Spelling's new romance is genuine. According to a source, the 56-year-old Canadian actor isn't really convinced by the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum's relationship with advertising CEO Ryan Cramer.
"He thinks Tori's doing this for attention," a source told Us Weekly on Thursday, November 9. Another insider, meanwhile, noted that Tori is "having a blast" with Ryan, who "makes her feel energized and happier than she's been in a long time."
The source insinuated that the actress' life got better after meeting Ryan through work a few months ago. "Things got so toxic with Dean, she was walking around in a fog," the informant said of how things were before the 50-year-old actress met Ryan, with whom she was pictured making out recently.
While both Tori and Dean have moved on from each other, it was also said that Tori and Dean are "on fairly icy terms right now." Despite that, the former couple's "trying to stay cordial" amid their divorce for the sake of their five children together, Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6.
Dean, who is now dating actress Lily Calo, announced his separation from Tori after 17 years of marriage in a now-deleted post in June. "It's with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own," the "Slasher" star wrote on Instagram at the time.
The actor continued, "We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time." Concluding the statement, he asked for "privacy" for his family amid the trying time.
